In case anyone happens to find my blog and wonder about it ...

I decided I should have a blog while I'm in New Zealand because it seems to be the cool thing to do now rather than sending mass emails. When I move, I'll tell people who care about me, or who are just curious, about my blog, and that way I don't have to worry about leaving anyone out on my email list.

But when I bought my plane ticket, I got really excited and decided to begin writing. So even though I'm still in Abilene, I have a New Zealand blog. And now I'm trying to practice doing a good job of updating it often. Maybe if I get into the habit now, I'll stay on top of things from the southern hemisphere.
