Giselle and ice cream

I went and saw the ballet Giselle last week. The ballet was beautiful, and as happens every time I go to a show, I really wanted to dance all the way home.
However, there were two things about the ballet besides the dancing that made the evening memorable:
I don't know a whole lot of people in Wellington, but I saw four girls I knew at the ballet. I thought that was pretty cool.
At intermission, they sold ice cream bars to the audience. It was just like a baseball game. The ushers stood by the doors to the theatre and sold the ice cream out of coolers. It was overpriced, as would be expected, but I had to buy it. I thought that was also pretty cool.
